Get Involved Overview
The Concord Child Care Center provides a variety of ways to get involved. Many people choose to volunteer and contribute their time to helping others.   Another way to get involved is to donate to one of our specific committees or childcare efforts.

Whether it’s at the volunteering, donating or supporting a childcare project, getting involved is a great way to show your support for the Concord Child Care Center and the work it does in the City of Concord.  To get involved select your area of interest, complete our simple online form and attach any additional information to the form for review.

Board and Committees - We need your life experience
The Board of Directors of the Concord Child Care Center is responsible for management and oversight of the business and affairs of the corporation in accordance with the Bylaws.  This includes management of the corporate assets (funds, intellectual property, trademarks, and support equipment) and allocation of corporate resources to projects. Volunteer - Help us build our community
Think about what matters to you, and be selective about where you spend your time. Choosing opportunities that make you feel good while helping others build stronger communities enriches your own life at the same time.

The Concord Childcare Center works with volunteers and local nonprofits to develop the best opportunities for young children.  When you work as a volunteer for the Concord Child Care Center, you can feel comfortable about the quality and safety of the opportunity you choose and about the organization you donate your time to support. Internships - Learn while you develop skills
When we look for an intern we are looking for our future leaders or employees.  We look for someone who is happy, glad to be at work, and ready to rock and roll.  An intern needs to be able to do what ever it takes to get the job done.  If you are doing something you love, it's your vocation and avocation.  The love and commitment you bring to the table is something that cannot be taught or bought.
