Morning Preschool Program
The State Preschool Program is  a 3 hour morning program for four year olds and is offered from September to June.

The Concord Child Care Center started offering the Morning Preschool Program in 1991.  Our program has grown to accommodate getting little ones prepared for school and today includes more than 40 children and families. The focus of the program is preparation for kindergarten.  Parents participate in the classroom and there is an emphasis on English language development and literacy.

Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for enrollment in the Morning Preschool Program:

•  The child must be age 4 years old; Preference is given to children who will be entering kindergarten the next year.

• Household income must meet the State Preschool Income Ceilings

Enrollment Application Process
If you meet the eligibility requirements listed above, you can apply for enrollment in this program by clicking the link below.

You will need to provide the child’s proof of birth date, proof of your household income, the child’s immunization record and proof of your current employment and/or school or training schedule.  Upon acceptance into the program, physical and dental examinations will be required and a Health History must be provided.  Printed enrollment application forms are available at our offices.
